Before Purchasing (T&C)

Hello all! Please make sure to read all this as it is very important to make sure that everyone that purchases from me is fully aware about my policies. At the moment, I am a team of one, so I work my hardest in managing purchases, the website, making the jewellery, packaging, shipping as well as everything else so please be understanding and patient with me <3

 

Shipping
I do drops and package the same day and send them out/take them to the post office the next day as fast as I can. If you order on a Friday your item will be sent out on Monday ! This is due to the post office, it doesn't operate on weekends.

 

Q. Can I get a refund? 
A. All sales are final unless they have not been shipped out! But if there is an issue please dm me right away and we can get it sorted together <3

Q. My package is lost!
A. If your package seems to be lost please contact me asap! This shouldn't normally happen as the shipping option I use has tracking! However if this does happen, I will try my hardest to track it down and contact the post office(s) to try and find it for you. 

Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. If I haven't shipped your item, I can refund you and cancel your order! If you would like to cancel your order, please contact me ASAP as I will be going through DM's before I send out packages to make sure there are no issues - Usually they are shipped within a day. If I have shipped your order, I can't cancel it for you :( 

Q. My necklace broke!/Arrived damaged! What do I do?
A. I carefully pakage all my items to make sure they are not damaged, however if there is damage upon arrival please send me a photo and we can discuss this! I do offer fixes for items that have arrived damaged only. (please note you'll have to ship the item!)
